BEDROOM BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Manor House rooms are behind the main building. Access to the rooms is via the main entrance in the Manor House and they can be access after the pub closes.
Once registered you will be shown to your bedroom. All the bedrooms have super-king beds and en suite shower / bathrooms. They are in our renovated barns and stables and are completely separate to the Manor House Gastro Pub. Once the pub is closed in the evening there will be no access to the pub until 7am on weekdays or 8am at weekends when we open for breakfast. The rooms can still be accessed after pub opening hours.
Check-in: 4:00 PM till 10:00 PM (9.00PM on Sundays)
Early check-in available on request.
Check-out: 10:30 AM
Late check-out available on request
Children Policy: Children welcome
Smoking Policy: No smoking. We will charge guests a cleaning cost of £150 per room if guests smoke in the room. We do have a heated smoking area.
Pet Policy: No pets
When you book directly from us you receive the best room rates and we include:
• Early check-in time of 3:00PM
• Free electric car charging, subject to availability.
Securing rooms is by the use of a credit / debit card.
Payment for all facilities are taken on arrival.
We do not accept cash or cheques of any kind for overnight stays.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Manor House Booking & Cancellation Policy
Flexible - 2 days
• Guest booking of up to three bedroom nights carry a free of charge cancellation until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
• No prepayment is needed.

The bookings below carry a 30-day cancellation policy and some prepayment:
Friday, Saturday, or Bank holiday Sunday included in any booking must be paid in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. Once paid this is none refundable for any cancellation.
Any bookings of 4 or more room nights must be 50% paid on booking, with the remainder paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. Once paid this is none refundable for any cancellation.
All bookings between December 20th and 2nd of January each year must be paid in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. Once paid this is none refundable for any cancellation.
Cancelling any of the three types of booking above, within 30 days of the arrival time: Deposits are NOT returned, refunded, or transferred to further dates.

Our 48-hour cancelation policy is ONLY for bookings of less than 3 room nights, (Excluding Friday Saturday and Bank Holiday Sundays) Any cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival time will be required to pay the price of the full stay.
