Terms & Conditions

The Manor House

1. Location & Arrival Information

The Manor House bedrooms are located behind the main pub/restaurant in our renovated barns and stables. The bedrooms are completely separate from The Manor House Gastro Pub.

Upon arrival, please check in and register at the bar. A member of our team will then direct you to your room.

Once the pub is closed in the evening, there will be no access to the pub until:

• 7:00am on weekdays

• 8:00am at weekends

Bedrooms remain accessible at all times. Please ensure you take your room key with you if you leave the premises or attend an event at The Pavilion.

2. Bedroom Information

• All bedrooms feature super-king beds

• All rooms have en-suite shower or bathroom facilities

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00pm – 10:00pm (9:00pm on Sundays)

• Check-out: 10:30am

Guests who book directly with us receive:

• Early check-in from 3:00pm

• Electric car charging (subject to availability)

4. Children, Smoking & Pets

Children: Welcome

Smoking:
The Manor House operates a strict no-smoking policy inside all bedrooms.
A £150 cleaning charge will be applied per room if smoking occurs inside.
A heated outdoor smoking area is available.

Pets:
No pets permitted.

5. Payment Policy

Bedroom reservations are secured using a valid credit or debit card.

• Payment for rooms and facilities is taken upon arrival.

• Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (DBB) bookings are charged in full at the time of booking.

We do not accept:

• Cash payments for rooms

• Cheques of any kind

A £150 pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover potential spillages, damages, or unpaid charges.

6. Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (DBB) Package

Packages from £170 include:

• One-night stay for two guests

• Evening meal allowance of up to £75 towards food (drinks excluded)

• Breakfast for two the following morning

Meal Allowance Terms:

• Valid for one evening meal only

• Applies to food only (drinks excluded)

• Any amount exceeding £75 must be paid by the guest

• No refund or credit will be given for unused allowance

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

7. Spillages, Damages & Unpaid Charges

Guests agree to take all reasonable care to avoid damage to The Manor House property.

Guests are responsible for:

• Any spillages or damage caused during their stay

• Damage caused by any person under their control

Nothing may be affixed to floors, walls, or ceilings using nails, screws, tape, drawing pins, or similar materials unless agreed in writing in advance.

A £150 pre-authorisation will be taken on arrival. This is a temporary hold on funds and will only be charged if required.

If damage exceeds £150, the full additional amount will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

The Manor House Booking & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Cancellation Policy Applies To:

The following bookings must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid:

• Any booking including a Friday, Saturday, or Bank Holiday Sunday

• Any booking of 4 or more room nights (50% due at booking, balance due 30 days prior)

• All bookings between 20th December and 2nd January (inclusive)

If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, any deposit paid will not be refunded or transferred.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Applies only to:

• Bookings of fewer than 3 room nights

• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, and Bank Holiday Sundays

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time will be charged the full price of the stay.

Bed & Breakfast & Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Inclusions

This offer includes:

• A one-night stay for two guests sharing one room

• Breakfast for two guests, served the following morning

• A meal allowance of up to £75 towards food during the stay (drinks excluded)

2. Booking and Availability

All offers are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Advance reservation is required.

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Meal Allowance

Guests are entitled to up to £75 off their evening meal during their stay.

• The allowance is valid for one meal only

• The allowance applies to food only and does not include drinks

• Any amount exceeding £75 must be paid by the guest

• No credit, refund, or cash alternative will be provided for any unused portion of the allowance

4. Breakfast Service

Breakfast is included for two guests only.

Additional guests or special requests may incur an extra charge.
Please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies only to bookings of fewer than three room nights (excluding Friday, Saturday, and Bank Holiday Sundays).

Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the arrival time will be charged the full price of the stay.
