Green Initiative & Reducing our impact on the environment

In 2023 we gained The Green Initiative Accreditation

We are proud of our sustainability efforts so far but believe that sustainability is a constantly improving desire to not only encourage our team but our near and far environment to become more sustainable and protect the environment around us. We recycle as much as we can and try and source our products locally and from businesses who have a robust sustainability statement themselves.

We now have a kitchen garden that is maintained by our chefs and our local gardener Mark Munro.
