By using The Manor House at Quorn’s Order and Pay App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Restrictions

• Alcoholic beverages are only available to customers aged 18 or over.

• Anyone caught ordering or consuming alcohol under the age of 18 will:

  • Have the drinks removed immediately.

  • Not receive a refund for any alcoholic items ordered.

  • Be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.

• We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Please have valid photo ID ready when requested.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are final once payment is confirmed through the app.

• Please check your order details and table number carefully before submission. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process.

3. Service Limits and Delays

• During busy periods, there may be longer wait times for food and drinks.

• We may pause or restrict ordering through the app temporarily if capacity is exceeded.

• If app ordering is paused, please speak to a member of staff to check availability or place your order manually.

• We appreciate your patience during peak service hours.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are provided at management’s discretion in cases of genuine error or product issues.

• No refunds will be issued for alcoholic drinks ordered or consumed by anyone under 18.

• Refunds processed through the Order and Pay App may take up to 3 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Responsible Drinking

• We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse or limit alcohol service at any time.

• Orders may be adjusted or refused if necessary for customer welfare or safety.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refused service or removal from the premises without refund.

7. App Usage

• By using this app, you confirm all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to make the payment.

• These terms may be updated without notice. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the most current version.
